I am on closed work permit employer restricted.
I have applied for my Permanent Residence through NSNP paper base under skilled category employer restricted. I got my AOR on 25th of September 2019. And 2 months ago I have submitted my Canada CRC and Indian PCC.
Currently I am laid off from my job.
1) If I change my employer so is this process will continue or I have to again start my PR process from scratch?
2) As my work permit is getting expire in November 2020. So would I will be eligible for bridging open work permit?
u can run both applications at the same time parallely. Pnp is slow but for sure way to get pr. Express sometime they refuse for stupid reasons.
So have pnp running side by side with express. When u will get one of application approved the other application will be withdrawn and u will be refunded the RIght for residency fee.
