We called them in February and they told us on phone
And I ordered the gcms note as well I got them last week it shows in that one too it is transferred to Ottawa in February

Ottawa make final decision ? So the reason of transfer is for final decision? No?
When did u order for G note?

The date which we got the acknowledgment of recipient means we got the e mail

My timline is almost same.only differences i am outland.no ADR .dont know file transfer when and where.i have no ideas. Gckey 75%.left 4 months.waiting and frustrate. If you here any thing let us know

Mine time is also the same medical passed on 30 Oct 2019 and 04 nov 2019 file transferred to Ottawa office

I am not able to see in Gc key update that they did background check or not
to me it just reflect normal info about AOR medical sent,medical passed and graph

that is normal. nobody can see their background check is done or not from GCkey. you have to call them to know if it's done or not.
