I passed my medicals on 30 Oct 19 but not received any pre arrival letter yet.

Did you get any ADR.

My company recently moved my restaurant to another location
So OINP asked full time employees list again after 1 year of approval
If we failure to submit this then what will happen..?

To be honest, I have no idea how IRCC works regarding your matter. To be safe, submit the papers they require.

Hi PALASHPAL,
May I ask when did you do your upfront?

I did mine on March.16 and uploaded the medical page via Webform. Clinic informed me my medical is all normal and has been uploaded to IRCC on March.21. However, there is no update since then even they received or not. I am not sure I were doing something incorrect or just because of their slowly movement recently?

I did upfront medical in March 2019 which I included in pr file. Medical passed showed on 11th Jan 2020. On Feb 2020 my medical extended.

Palash isn't you got Work permit. So dont worry to much. You wil get 30 tp 45 days.medicall passed.

I got work permit on 12th Feb. But was not able fly on that time.

I have a question about biometrics. My AR is March 2019 but I have been living since 2017 in Canada. I did not have biometrics and it is not asked for me during my PR application. I called IRCC 1 month ago and agent told me that just security is not started yet. All other things compeleted. I read some notes here and they said biometrics is neccessary for everyone and I confuesed.

Prior to December 2019, not everyone was required to submit biometric. MY AOR was March 2019, and I wasn't required to submit biometric.

your employer need to submit the documents again and they will keep on asking them every time they plan to nominate an employee once you get your PR and resign from that place you will be safe and out of that .Asking for the documents means they want to check if they have laid off and foreign worker

Everything in Canada is shut down, except essential services. Whereas, processing paper documents is not very essential to the people of Canada

PNP Outland applicant received his DM yesterday:

AOR 15 march 19
Medical 16th sept 19
Pal 24th april 20
DM 25th April 20

Looks like the guy is from Singapore (+65 on his WhatsApp number)
