I honestly advice that everyone's file is different so everyone's file take different time to process. And PPR, DM, MR and PAL DOES NOT depend on your GCkey timeline, percentage, months you waited or how long before you applied.

Me myself is wating for PPR and DM. I am Feb 2019 inland applicant. i have heard March 2019 AR applicants have got PPR and DM. So it's totally depend on visa officer working on your file.

Just keep claim and hope for the best!!!

They might be working at NDVO with a limited employees.

last time i called CIC they told me everything is completed on your file since Jan 28, 2020. they told me just wait for DM. but till date, nothing.
