I am already running behind on the timeline.

According to their website, they didnt close down yet but it might cause delay.

That is the problem, my friend. No PPR e-mail yet. I just saw they changed the status of application form IN PROCESS to DECISION MADE, but I haven't received my golden e-mail.. Which kind of makes me worried.

which form they sent ?

Yes, I got my IME # in the letter. It also goes with IMM1017E form

Canada just closed its borders to everyone except citizens and PRs.
