I think inland is up to March and not April, but I agree that Outland is up to June. I wonder why Outland is faster in India and Turkey.

More realistically it is Feb 2019 ARs for Inland applicants who are now getting PPRs.
Rest is just plain old optimism.

Not for everyone, that's just few cases only faster. I am outland pnp applied from India currently running 10th month waiting for ppr
