Need help please.
Can some one kindly explain the processs of providing Biometrics for PR?
Do I pay for the Biometric with application fee and then CIC will send me instructions for submitting Biometric?
Do they email the instructions or mail them?

Yes you can pay biometric fee in advance along your application fee , it save your processing time. Whenever u get your AOR email ,CIC will also send another email regarding biometric instructions. It is simple so u don't worry.

Anyone received MR?in July AOR. My AOR was 9th of July, MR not yet, status is in process, same as before. Still File didn’t transfer.

We are in same situation
How long it take to clear background check and any ideas when July AOR will get medical
Keep posted if you get any updates

Medical has been requested for me, my spouse and children. We have done our medicals before one week, but my spouse have been called for second x- ray the next day. Then they everything was ok, but yesterday they have called and requested further investigation I think it is sputum test. My spouse didn't have any TB history and no symptoms currently. I am so scared, any advice please.

You're welcome! And thanks for sharing your timeline. Like I said, there should be nothing to worry about, it will just delay your processing a little longer.
My AR is June and my wife and I haven't got MR yet, hopefully we will get one by February.

Hi, I am an Inland applicant and my AR is Oct 15 2019. I am on work permit and never gave biometrics. Is it required to give now or no need at all?

Apparently some inland applicants who applied before December 5, 2019 are not required to provide biometrics. It was not a requirement for me.

If you were not asked for upfront biometrics, you may still be required to provide Biometrics (fingerprints). As inland applicant, I was asked for RCMP fingerprinting after Medicals.
