January 2019 onwards Paper Based PR Applicants waiting for AOR/MR/PPR

Thanks for the response, well noted. My application has surpassed 11 months and yet no PAL, Medical Passed, ECAS: Application in Process, CIC: BGC: We are processing. My Local Visa Office: Ghana.. Could anything be the matter with this?

Ur Eligibility check is still in progress that is why PAL has not come. Accra will send PAL with PPR, my application is also 12months and I have not received PAL, my VO is also Accra.

Se as mine but my MP is 05 oct. Pal 2 email is automatic email. As I knowit doesnt mean anything.

If you accept a job that is in a different NOC, you have to inform your sponsoring province. You will then be issued a new nomination with your new NOC and you have to send the new nomination to IRCC.
If you don't inform them and change jobs. There is a possibilty you can still be denied at landing even if you have a Confirmation of Permanent residence in your passport. It is better to stay in your current job until you land.

It is better to keep employemeent, if you want to chabge job, on that case the occupation should be same as previous

I am stressed out. I jcalled CIC/IRCC 2-3 weeks ago and i was told that only Security was left. Then i called like 5 minutes ago and i was told by the operator the my paper is on progress and that they are doing background check...like seriously?

Well i guess, i don't have to rely on their call center agents. I just have to wait patiently. By the way, I am Feb 18 AR, April AOR.

Usually Background check means security criminality and eligibility , so i think you have ask them whats part of background check is going on, to get an exact idea ,

Hope they issue more PPR this week
