January 2019 onwards Paper Based PR Applicants waiting for AOR/MR/PPR

As per trend i see that for ppr takes3 months after MR.you can see that people who asked for MR on sep 4-5 got ppr on dec 4-5. My friend who applied last year in oct got ppr within 3 months after MR
what you guys suggest about this

I don think so, I have MR from sep. I just call to IRCC, Agent said they are proceeding, nothing updates in GCKEY and ecas

I think some visa officers do background checking before MR, in that case they will get ppr within few months. Another case is they request for medical and after that background verification starts then there will be long silence to get ppr. In both cases, mostly it may take around 1 year to get ppr.

To be honest, i don't know. I have a lawyer and i cannot connect my application to my GCKEY. I just found out now my status when i called IRCC.

What i heard is if eligibility is passed then PAL will be received, in your case you are supposed to get it. You can ask your lawyer about it.

Ok, still there could be difference for inland and outland applicants, I meant for outland applicants.

I just called IRCC 30 minutes ago. The agent was very nice and accommodating. He said..
Eligibility - Passed
Criminality - Passed
Medical - Passed
Security Check - Not Started

I am patiently waiting...

I am February AR.

I used this number +1 888 242-2100. There was 10 minutes wait time, i opted to be called back and they call me (available only in Canada). Btw, i am Inland.
