During the waiting period, the most important thing you need to understand is: NO ONE knows when a individual case will be updated. (The only exception is from DM to PPR, but even for this, the answer is 'SOON')

I am new on this site. I have applied my PR through MPNP and my medical exam was passed on Oct 26, 2019. Still i haven't received my biometrics request, not sure if I will get one or not.

Can anyone let me know how long and what are the next steps towards PPR?

Did you pay the biometics fees? Are you inland applicant?

Yes I did paid my biometrics fees when I submitted my PR file. Yes I am inland applicant.

Now you can see that if this fees are reversed back in your bank account(if you used credit or debit card whatever), then you are biometrics exempt.

Exactly, I see CIC refunded the bio fee back to my credit card. Please notice that I found this in my credit card transaction (in the same month of AOR), there is no any notice from CIC.

First Inland does not get Biometrics request, 2nd you have just applied, there will be few months before they actually start working on your file.
Have you received AOR, Confirmation that they have received your file? If Yes, link it online. If not, it takes 1-3months to get AOR.
