I gave my medical this month and I use online tool to check for updates on my file ... it shows that my medical result is received .... how can I know my medical is passed

Today I got a ghost update in GCKey that my medical is passed in today's date
Medical done on Oct 7
However, today only I got notification that my medical is received in ECAS

Hi All,
My name is Vinnie, I am residing in Spain with my wife from past 10yrs as a PR.
I have applied for ONIP (with Job offer) back in Aug last year which get approved in Oct 2018.
On 10 Dec 2018, my application for PR received at CIC
Feb 28th 2019 they start processing.
In Aug 2019, got Medical request.
In Aug 2019, Medical received.

I am wondering, if someone can suggest how long it still can take for PPR or if there will be anything else, CIC might ask. Thanks in advance.

I can't link my paper application to my online account because my immigration representative is handling my file. I must remove it from my file to link my application. That's why I'm wondering about the PAL, and if I will receive it by mail or by email.
