How I know my file is transferred to VO?

I am Outland Applicant and I received message in Gckey that my file has transferred to VO ,also Application status in Ecas had showed Application received then change again in process.

Application Sent - August 13, 2019
Application Received at Sydney Office - August 19, 2019.
I have sent documents through Courier. It shows as delivered but there are no signature information of receiving person. Now I am worried if it reached at correct address. Is there a way to find out?
