I just check my ecas its showing decision made now. However there are only 4 points are showm till medical results have been recieved after that nothing. What should i except now?? Help me if anyone knows

My lawyer submit on 28 sep nd i got confirmation taht they recieved on 7 October. I dont know about ghost update or med passed as i have lawyer. Last week on ecas it shows med results have recieved.
Decision made today on ecas.
Now waiting for next step

Yeah COPR for Inland & hopefully very soon. Looking at the updates from many friends here , many Inland friends are getting COPR with in 2-3 days after DM. Your journey for PR almost coming to an end. Great.
