Ar March 2019, SINP inland but my application is outland in Kyiv Ukraine cause I guess immigration guys messed up , so when I call to an agent they say that my application is in Kyiv and they do not have access to it , I also cannot reach Kyiv office cause they only have email and I get copy past message about covid 19 from their email...

Ppl receiving their CoPR based on their luck regardless of Application date, I would call it "Lottery" than any other word.. We all understand every file is unique and different. They already have few steps: Eligibility, Medical, Security and Criminality.
How come October 2019 or later applicant's Security done and received CoPR while someone in Mar to July 2019 still waiting to start Security

I got Ghost Update today around 1:00 PM into my GCKey. I am not sure may be first or last GU. But hope so some good news is coming soon.
I think so security will be done, but not completely sure.

No of Applicants: 2 ( Me and my Wife and file submitted together ).
GCkey Timeline: 82% - 15 Weeks remaining.
ECAS Status: In Process
