I have a rep too and I was not aware that I got the PAL. Apparently rep gets it on the IRCC portal. In my case IRCC did not notify me. And my rep thought that they did. So for 2 months I did not know that I have received the PAL. I have asked my rep to double check if IRCC has my id.
So ask your rep if they can check and confirm.

I submitted a paper application without police certificate from my home country. Now, I want to submit them. Should I use webform or I should send them by mail ?. By the way, IRCC did not ask me to send them yet. If I need to submit them using webform, should I scan the original pcc as well as the translation.

It's not my application number.they just give example in this email. I don't know what is happening with my application , anyone know AOR maximum time limit ?
