i have a question, my spouse had a visitor visa rejection. However, on my Spouse's background declaration form my representative wrote Her spouse open work permit was refused once. he made a mistake but he did mention on the form her visa was refused once! Would it be a problem? any answers are welcomed

i think it shouldnt be a problem but you can send an explanation using a web form.. but they would have the record in their system or you can call cic and see what they say..

Ghost Update is when you get a e-mail saying you have a new message in your account but when you check there is no updates.

You should try to explain the situation to CIC. The problem will lead to misrepresenation.

You sent out your document. You should have the track number so you can track if the documents arrived or not. The cic receives your documents and will check them. If it is ok, they will email the AOR to you. So now what you can do is waiting.
