I am outland MPNP applicant. My timeline is as follows
AR- April 5, 2019
AOR- May 28, 2019
Biometrics done June 11
No update since then,
Me ecas was first in process then application received since July 24. But yesterday the status changed to in process again. What does this mean? Please I really need your answer!!
I have a close time line to you, I reside in the UAE, when I asked, they said normal process for Outland applicant to move the file to a local visa office near you!
But mine is still “application received “ please update me once you hear or see anything.. I am so stressed out!
I also gone through same process. Your file is moved to your local visa office, status changed to in process again mean local visa office just started processing from their side. Soon you will get medical request.

I am also from middle east. My application is showing 'In Process" in ECAS from day one, how ECAS status is sequenced can somebody help pls.

AR is nothing to go with it. AOR is the time where actual processing starts. You are waiting for MR but I already got MR and its passed. The whole process depends case by case, only use is to know an approximate what will be next and how long it will take for next process
If things are going well in an application, Decision Made would be next after medical. Not unless they will require some documents from us. After DM, then that's time that they will asked for the PPR.
As to the question when can we received PPR, that is a hundred dollar question and i guess no one can answer it. It's a case to case basis for each individual and they usually follow a trend (by batches - application received date or etc). If you have been browsing, a few January 2019 applicant and December 2018 applicant received PPR. But it has been awhile since they issued PPR, hopefully there will be flood of PPR request before this year ends (for me included...lol!)
Btw, i am February AR and April AOR (Inland). So let's continue to wait patiently and pray hard.

"We are processing your application. We will send you a message when there is an update or if we need more information from you."
