Anyone here who applied to Mississauga visa office and received test date?

Looking at past submissions it seems the average test date comes a full year after application. Sep/Oct 2018 candidates being called at this time.

And this raises my question, WHEN is the 12 months?

From the date they got the application? Opened it up (AOR), or In Process? Because for me, like many people here my application has only been In Process about six months. But they've had it almost nine months.

And while I was patiently waiting, I'm starting to become a little more impatient as I'm sure telling IRCC that I'm out of the country for almost three weeks over Christmas is going to delay my application even further even though the odds of a test during the last two weeks of the year is exceedingly small.

This is why they leave the 80% caveat there.

I also called IRCC a month ago and was told that its ok its under 12 months and that the Mississauga test centre will send an invite when they have capacity.

Similar to the other gentleman, my PR is also near expiration but I have till May 2020. Given the current timelines I hope to be done by March. Again, just speculation.

Fingerprint req no 2 via mail: 29 May ( never received)
Fingerprint req no 3 via email: Aug 14. Fingerprint done on the same day- Aug 14.

Test invite email: Sept 25.
Test date: Oct 9.
Test passed.

Waiting for the oath letter now.

Me and my wife had our tests on 2019/09/23 and got DM on 7th oct 2019

When should we expect an oath invite ? Is it going to be emailed to us ?
