I have to say ordering gcms notes really helped our application.
We missed the first test on July because they sent the test invite to a previously on-file email address which we did not use it for application this time
We did not know about this until we saw the gcms notes, but that was more than 30 days after the test date already....
They scheduled a test for us quickly after we sent in a webform to explain the situation

Just to update everyone in the forum... I did my exam on Sep 24, too. Unfortunately, the officer has to do further investigation on my physical presence days. She couldn't access my travel history on the US customs website so now I have to wait for her to order the GCMS notes from CBSA. Wish all that are still waiting a quick update on your file soon.
Just want to update, I did the test this afternoon and scored 20/20. All applicants were given the option to take the oath ceremony on November 7, 8 or 15 in Vancouver if they want to do it earlier than the Fall 2020 Victoria schedule.
Thank you everyone in this forum and good luck to those whose gonna write the test.
