Test Date: July 18
Decision Made: July 19
Received Oath ceremony today for Aug 16th (Ottawa)

I wrote my test on 24th in Ottawa. And looking at the data, ceremonies on fridays, I thought my ceremony will be on Aug 16th (Ironically, my birthday).
I will let you know when I receive.

Received an update, Mixed feelings. So happy to receive the invite to take the oath, a little sad that it's in Montreal and there isn't a local ceremony happening this time.

Congratulations! I assume you are in Sherbrooke so it's about a 2h drive (or a long bus ride)?

Thanks, Yea 2 hrs driving each way isn't so bad to be finished in under 8 months. I was excited about it being local as when I had my interview I was told they try and do a ceremony every few months in Sherbrooke. C'est la vie!

I haven't heard anything since then, I check my application status online evey now and them but its still "On Process" Is this still normal? Thanks

Hi everyone Me and my family took and pass the exam May 21 and still waiting for our schedule for oath taking. We pass our application January 27 2019. Can I call cic for for schedule?coz we need to travel this coming December and we saw a cheaper flight to our home country but it has a layover in NewYork. We need to buy the ticket asap. Thanks.

Try checking your Junk Mail. Sometimes the exam invitation goes there.

More likely no test invite yet. You can click on In Process to see latest but average timeline is 12 months.
