Hi Guys,

1. I applied as a single application out of Vancouver and received AOR 13,March and IP 31 March. Awaiting test interview. Does this timeline seem normal or slow on the test ?

2. I have just moved out of the country and will have to fly back from Europe for my test. Are there any circumstances where they allow you to complete the test and ceremony on the same day?

This is the Jan 2019 thread, did you apply in Jan? It’s a 12 month process, so you have time to go. Normally 1-3 months between Test/interview/DM and oath. No hope of same day.

My child's passport has been renewed recently. Do you know how to notify the citizenship office about that? Can we send email/call/mail? If yes, what's the email id/contact details?

They'll ask if they want to see it or anything from it, but most likely just ensure you take it along with the old one(s) to the test/interview.

Congrats!!! I doubt it (but don't know), I believe you'll just get a oath date and letter via email or snail mail at some stage I'd take a screenshot myself lol.

Hello everyone! Checking back in after 6.5 weeks since fingerprint submission. I have no update. Still waiting. Really hoping for a response by mid-July.

Basically, there's a bunch of them. I mainly used this site:

2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) March 29, 2019.
3. We started processing your application on April 24, 2019.
4. We sent you a notice on May 22, 2019 to appear and write the citizenship test on June 17, 2019 at 12:30 PM.
