Yeah, 49 days to AoR and hit 15 days waiting for IP tomorrow.

Ahhhh... waiting for AOR is driving me nuts Having our application returned before, I'm so anxious on waiting for the AOR.

When they returned our application - the only reason on the letter is it is stale dated? Would that mean that the rest of the application is good? TIA for response. I know... all I could do is wait but wondering if there is a chance of it being returned again. (I double checked everything 20x (literally) before we submitted it again)

Sometimes no news is good news. You will be fine. Just wait, you will get your AoR by end of this week.

I forgot to tick a box in section 14. They also highlighted "...gap between your passports, please explain why here" but there is no gap between my passports. I got a replacement two months before my old one expired.

However, my Discover Canada book arrived. Ordered 15th (Friday), sent 22nd (Friday), arrived 28th (Thursday).

I prefer paper so ordered one. It's free. There are $ things listed on the Gilmore page but all show $0.00 and I was never asked for any payment information.

It's a key thing that it's meant to be free for everyone. A little ironic statement given the $630 fee

The whole process can take up to a year! Some might be faster others slower! The worst thing you can do is being here on the forum and checking how everyone else is getting their stuff! Be patient and stop checking the forum for a week or two!
