To keep everyone safe, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada is cancelling all citizenship ceremonies as of March 17, 2020, until April 13, 2020. Anyone received invitation to take the Oath after April 13 please? TIA

No. The COPR/Landing document is not required to be submitted with the citizenship application. Refer the below link for details.

Yes, lots of people are waiting, if you take a look at the 2019 spreadsheet. With the COVID situation right now, processing could take longer. Hang in there! Good luck!

We are a family of four too, have applied in Aug 2019, that status shows 'Under Processing', no change of status in last 8 months.

I was lucky to get my Canadian passport last year. My plan was to spend 2020 traveling through the US. Right now, the only thing I can do with my new passport is to look at it. So, even if you feel upset that there are no citizenship tests or ceremonies at the moment (which I understand must be really stressful), becoming a Canadian citizen wouldn't really change much

Mine was scheduled on April 20, got a generic cancellation on Thursday, April 9.
