I was in the same situation got pal in aug and they said everything passed except security which they kept on telling me that, it never started until 21oct. When I called them back on 5th nov they said security passed on 4th nov.
Don't lose hope.
maybe when you call next time it gets passed by that tym.

Thank you. I am really trying to keep my hopes up considering so many people passed their security quickly. But with the way everything has been delayed for me its really been difficult to be positive. Thanks for the info though, appreciate it

On average it seems 3 weeks after Ottawa receives passports. Add one more week for return.
