Sorry, just want to rant. It has been more than a month since our file has been approved but up to now, we have not received the ready for visa email yet. On Monday, we confirmed via call that Ottawa made a mistake on our file and noted on file that they have received our passports for stamping, when in fact, we have not even received the rfv email yet, so there’s no way we will send our passports to them. The wait has just been making me anxious with sleepless nights and constantly thinking about what other horrible things may happen even after approval. Truly, prayers and patience is key in this whole process.
Well there was a scheduled update in the website on Tuesday, maybe this change is a part of the update. The 6 month timelines is anyway useless for people like us who are still waiting after 10 months.
Hi congrats
Actully i also got a adr of employment verification letters .i have a expericne of institute but managing director of institute is no more with us and institute is now closed so i provided a affidavit from my colleagues .will thay accept it i am cec inland candidate.
Not necessarily. Again, there is no clear cut approach as to how IRCC processes these applications. I have a lot of single friends whose files got approved before 6 months. In fact, one of them got PPR in April and was a Jan AOR applicant.
Finally PPR!!!! Still can't believe it.. The wait was indeed torturous..
AOR: 6th Jan
VO: Ottawa
ADR: Proof of funds
Remedical Request: 30th Oct
The feeling is absolutely amazing. All the best to everyone who is waiting for the golden email. Trust me the wait is about to end!!

they might be residing in the US or uk, but in my circle and other chats , its clear that they process single applicant last. But never the less the average processing time for delayed (more than 6 months ) application seems to be 10 months now .
