I read that everyone is getting a ghost update. I feel happy for them and get excited for myself and log into my CIC and NOTHING!

I feel like I am gonna be the only one left behind.

I always find it hard to get out of bed every morning because the first thing i do when i wake up is check my mail & my profile and then boom.........I see SUBMITTED and no PPR.
And I make it a habit to check because the PPR mail comes in the middle of the night, that way I can take my passport along with me in the morning on my way to work.

Wow... Exactly same routine. But I check my CIC account more than 10x a day...

Yeah I thought the same but TextNow is just too easy.. it's free and you get a Canadian number from the get go. It's even faster than calling internationally because you're skipping the initial service that forwards you to IRCC.. totally worth it for you, especially now because I'm sure you'll be dancing once you hear what they have to say

The worst thing is that my file is in London visa office, And its like impossible to get any updates,
Emailed LVO about 2 weeks ago but no reply. Complete silence since last May... FYI criminality & Eligibility passed. Stuck in background checks....

Last ghost was July, the same day I passed eligibility. Not sure if the ghost was for that or for BGC starting.

Yeah so you're now either in the everything-passed-and-awaiting-final-approval state or you just received final approval, so PPR cannot be far at all

Just got off the call with ircc agent and got to know that everything is passed i.e. eligibility,security,background and they are just waiting for the re-med documents.
I cannot explain my happiness in words as my eligibility was not met till 2nd Oct and now its all passed.
Waiting eagerly for the ppr mail.

Congrats!! Yes it's an amazing feeling.. Although I'm partially back in limbo myself since they've neither given my application the final approval nor have they asked for remedical.. so I wonder what they're waiting for!

I am in india. I am planning to do soft landing. I am thinking to stay in canada for around 1 week and return. Is this advisable? What are the things i need to take care?

Somehow I have to try 4-5 times to get connected to an agent. Because mostly it says we have high volume of calls and are unable to transfer to agent.
