What was your status as per Ralph Goodale before the Ghost Update n have you got only one or more that that ???

Does it mean that whosoever got their files approved on Friday will get PPR EMAIL on Monday ??? Or is it going to be Tuesday like after 24 business/working hours ??
Do you have any clarification regarding this ???

Usually it's 24 hours from that time you got approved, so I would say Saturday by latest. But again a ghost update doesn't mean it's approved it could mean that an action might be requested from you like me were I got this update followed by an ADR in few hours in between

Got a ghost update(application/updated) now. Medical Passed(Mine and spouse's). Hope PPr comes soon after this.

AOR Jan-13-2019. Feb 20 Medical Passed(Mine).
Married Feb 22nd and additional Docs req- April 15th. My Bio-metrics on March 14 and wife's on April 17th.
After that there is no update. Raised one webform, emailed ralph goodale, and called them thrice.
Eligibility: Not started
Security: Not Started
Agent sent a remainder on Sep 10th.

Medicals are expired for both me and my spouse. We have not received any request for re-medicals yet. The status on Medicals was initially Passed after first R10 check (in February). Then when medicals expired, it changed to 'You do not need a medical exam. We will send you a message if this changes."
Nothing since then

Got 1 GU on 10th/11th of this month.

Remedical means they have worked on your file. Officer means there might be very less time remaining by the time they complete the process so they requested re-meds...

Unless you have received a request for it, it might be that an officer have extended your medical and is ready to approve your file as is
