Have your eligibility and security started? How are you planning to follow up with them now that they aren't accessible by phone?

@CherylBotelho, to be honest, the phone lines not going through is kind of a blessing to me. Every day I tell myself that i am going to relax and wait the process out, but I find my self thinking about calling them and checking my online platform a thousand times.
But now, I am so chilled about it since I cant call them anymore. What will be will be.

If that's the case. Then its panicking and peacefully at the same time. Depends how one looks at it. But if sep'18 guys haven't cleared as yet, its messed up.
But I tell u many guys from March n April have gotten their ppr. So it's all relative and may be IRCC believes in making more n more people believing in Fate lolz.

I have the same status. The agent told me they will start with my security first becoz it takes time and eligibility takes hardly anytime. There are no timelines but it should be soon. I guess same for you guys.
Why are we the special ones in the first place.. lol
