I am following Dec, Jan and February AOR group. Off late Dec-2018 AOR group has become silent. It seems many of the people there have already got PR and only few who are left waiting there don't have much to discuss. Right now this group seems to be at peak of discussion. Every day I login, I see tons of messages in this group. Hope we all sail through this wave of PRs Else soon we will have to hop on to some later AOR groups.
Yes, I have created and linked my application online but my question is, my AOR was delayed by 9 months. I should have got AoR within 60 days of the delivery of my paper file to cio sydney, ns. Now, how will they calculate processing time. From the date they received my file or from AOR date?

Same here.. I'm following this thread and threads of the months before and after. It's a very positive sign that the December thread is quieting down! Of course there will always be some freak cases, but the overall picture is still positive! January thread should become the next ghost town
According to IRCC, all applicants are eligible to request a case transfer. However, the decision lies with the case officer.
The applicants need to provide proper explanation that a case transfer to a different visa office will not affect the evaluation of the assessment process.
It's wierd that the officer has denied your requests because that means that "an" officer is well aware of your file but for some inexplicable reason...

My AOR is January 17th 2019. I have ordered 3 GCMS notes to date. Nothing remarkable. I just noticed that the due date on my 1st and 3rd GCMS notes have changed.
The first one I ordered in April had 13th May 2019 as the due date, assigned to RC-9515, while the one I ordered in July 2019 has 28th June 2019 as the due date, assigned to same RC-9515.

Ahmed Hussen's office made an enquiry on August 6 and Ralph Goodale's office made an enquiry on May 9 and August 15. The call centre agent confirmed, it's marked in the notes that MPs have made enquiries on my case on those dates and it's pending decision. The case officer may have also received these notes however he has not responded or given any reason for the delay.

I have no idea, sorry. Maybe just try a CSE online and hope it goes to the right place. Or try emailing Mr. Goodale's office. goodale@sasktel.net with your application number, UCI, and name.
