Reached an IRCC agent today.

My AOR is Jan 29th. Was informed that my application is being reviewed since July 29th and is pending assessments. They require more time to complete assessments.

Does this mean anything or is this another staple response that the agents are giving people ?

Has anyone else gotten ADR regarding their job description? I just got a letter saying I have a month to provide a contract on letterhead from my first job and a confirmation of an end date from my second job. My second job didn't have an end date so what should I do? Usually how long does it take for these things to be looked at

They will review soon. If they have given time a month to you. Probably, they will open after that deadline expire unless you ask extension. You could provide explanation letter both from you and employer about unending contract.

So they will wait till the month is over before they review it again? If I provide the documents needed sooner is there a chance they look at it?

Yes, there is chance. Very high chance they might review as soon as you provide.

So it turns out neither of my employers submitted a record of employment so I will have to ask them to fill it out.. such a headache

They/employers don't submit. You have to submit. In some instances, IRCC may verify whatever you have claimed.

These documents I submit yes, but one of my employers said I can use my record of employment as proof for end date. That’s the only reason I knew that they didn’t do it. The contract and the letter I will provide

Let’s hope so! I’m so glad there’s some activity on my account. Every night i go to bed anxious and I find comfort in these forums knowing people are getting their PPRs as well. I pray every night that everyone here gets it! It’s coming boys/girls

Hi bunny , whats your CRS score and did you claim 50 points for 1 year Work Permit validity . I hope not then its ok to be in implied status but not sure if your employer would have updated their records and the same will be getting reflected some where in all Canadian databases. i think cic will come to know that you quit so in my opinion you should inform CIC. Also your implied status will be reflected in Canadian dbs. Are you Software Engineer?.

Seems fair answer! I have a question if someone claimed 50 points for LMIA but after expiring close permit Nd approval of open work permit.is it fine to leave job at that point???.
