Hello It’s PPR finally, received Ready for Visa email from CPC Ottawa 4:30 AM IST, Jan 14 AOR, details in signature, all changed in 1 day after ghost update yesterday Thanks for all your help in this wonderful forum. If your six month time line is completed, call IRCC agent and request them to send reminder, that triggered my PPR. File untouched till 6 th August, got ghost update yesterday and was expecting to call IRCC tonight

Congratulations . Did you get any email from the officer after the agent sent a reminder?
I called 2 days ago and the agent said she will send a reminder but I haven't seen any response yet.

Just a little information I believe that had worked for me so far when accessing the CIC website.

To prevent website errors or the website taking you back to the home page a million times, always
1. Log out when you are done checking your account.
2. Try not to use the back button after you have put in your username and password.

Btw, does anyone know the working hours for CIC calling centre? Planning to call next week but don't want to call during my working hours...hope they open early and close late lol

We should.. but @rushi.gada on 2 aug during my call to cic agent said he can’t right now . It has some other procedure and asked me to wait few weeks . Sure I will get some update... I don’t know whether I should believe him and wait till 18 August or call back today? Can u suggest

Hi. Better to wait i think. I was told the same thing. Ideally, post the last update, they would not send a reminder for at least a month. No stress. If you've waited this long, a few more days won't warm

Lol I will never understand this. I have been receiving that response from CPC-Ottawa since May 9th and still my file is untouched.
