Today I received email saying "application is updated".

But when I logged in to my account. I cant see any updates. wondering whats happening.. anyone here who knows whats that?

Hello It’s PPR finally, received Ready for Visa email from CPC Ottawa 4:30 AM IST, Jan 14 AOR, details in signature, all changed in 1 day after ghost update yesterday Thanks for all your help in this wonderful forum. If your six month time line is completed, call IRCC agent and request them to send reminder, that triggered my PPR. File untouched till 6 th August, got ghost update yesterday and was expecting to call IRCC tonight

Guys, I saw lots of people tweet IRCC official account, looks like they can actually get back to us, is there anyone have this experience? thanks

I have tweeted. They can’t help. They will only send you the link for the web form. Due to data privacy, they are not allowed to help through Twitter. If you moan enough, they will send you a link to file a complaint.. wouldn’t advise that until PPR is received

First Ghost update after biometrics , Aor- Jan 14th. I believe this was triggered by the reminder sent by the IRCC call agent to CPC Ottawa couple of days ago, from where I received a email saying file in queue for review by officer. Atleast if they are touching my file, I am happy

This is a clear indication of how the case officer can process files overnight if they want. Must be super lazy bunch of people .. next week, I am asking them to send a reminder as well

was not aware that we can request call centre agent to send reminder... will do it for sure.. thanks for sharing info..

Congratulations to those who got their PR today. Feels good when someone gets their PR, it gives a teeny tiny little hope to those who have been waiting forever.

Anyhoo, I had a question. My AOR is Jan 26, not a single update or a bloody GU since March. Emailed Ralph and got a pretty standard reply saying Criminality passed, eligibility & security not started yet! :-/

Every time I call CIC, they give me the vaguest answer possible. Has anyone tried telling the agent directly to raise an action item for the officer or send a reminder to the officer to pick up the file? Does that work?
I have always come across not-so-friendly agents who are not ready to divulge much.

We should.. but @rushi.gada on 2 aug during my call to cic agent said he can’t right now . It has some other procedure and asked me to wait few weeks . Sure I will get some update... I don’t know whether I should believe him and wait till 18 August or call back today? Can u suggest

Hey I am aor 27 jan and got same status as yours from Ralph . Called cic twice same generic reply .. all is well . I asked agent to send reminder and he said he can’t as it has different procedure and asked me to wait few more weeks as he was sure I will get some update or news .. so don’t know whether to believe and wait or call again
