Actually i do have application number and access to email also. And there are 2 updation mails after 28 jan(last date to apply). Does it mean that atleast my visa has been applied?
So this means that your agent is not hiding anything from you but you should login into the account and check the status. Easy to miss emails these days, so always double check the emails. This website has many group for you to learn how to find more information.. so do use the same

I just called IRCC. They didn't tell anything specifically about the status. When I asked about eligibility, she said it's still processing and then again she said it's not started. It's kinda weird..
So my conclusion is either they don't know what's really happening or they are telling the truth which is nothing has started. In any of these cases we have nothing to do except waiting.

Yes I've realized through this whole process that the more you try to find out, the more it seems to confuse you. There's no true transparency in this process so best to just wait and ride out the storm..

Exactly... there is no straitjacket formula how ircc works . No matter how good ur life is they work at there own pace and rule . I am aor 27 jan . Criminality passed as of now . (Goodale mail confirmed it 2 weeks back) let’s support each other . Hope we all get golden mail in coming batch.. hope

Phone agent know nothing . 2 weeks back one nice agent though gave so generic reply .. BG processing .. everything normal . Then I asked is there any RR ..? She said no everything fine . I wonder if eligibility haven’t started yet how can she say so ??
