I am not sure about that . But I know that there is an expiry date before which you need to enter and probably that is linked with your medical. Not sure though!

My expiry was told me by Mr Goodale. All Jan AOR mostly will be the same

You wouldn’t have applied had you shown less then 3 years.. the rules don’t say that the person needs to be employed, it just asks for 3+ years of work ex.. don’t worry, just send them the copy of resigns and new joining letter if you have. The idea here is that in an event if they want to cross check, CIC will always have the latest details. But, they never do

Applicants with Master's degree and experience less than 3 years meet the cut off score as well.

• hello , thankyou for posting this sample..but unfortunately my lawyer isnt sharing the details with me like the email-id and mobile number used to upload my file (im aware the lawyer makes a new email id for each applicant)
• i only have my UCI , file number and basic details ( DOB , country , name )
• is this good enough to get update on my profile ? as il be mailing directly from my account or maybe im overthinking toooo much ..its just that i dont want any problem and the lawyer and fir isnt co-operative at all like literally begged them to send a webform

Was able to speak to an agent last week and he said he would add a comment on the file for the case officer. Does anyone know what the timeline for that comment reaching the officer is? Has anyone previously seen any movement on their case after agent writes comments on the case? Completed 6 months on July 17th. All steps completed as of a month ago, but haven't received a decision letter yet. The status of the stages in MyCIC account haven't been update since 5 months ago. All say in progress.
Ordered GCMS notes on June 19th, but haven't received them yet. It's frustrating.

Yes uci file number dob and email are sufficient
Try sending the email to goodale office with such particulars.
I believe ur email will get a response

Didn't get you buddy. Is the eligibility requirements such as age work experience counted at the time of invite..?

I mean, if you applied stating that you have 3 + years of experience but on investigating they find that you don't, they will most likely put an RR on your application instead of using the rest of the points to approve your application. I have seen some GCMS notes where officers have commented eg. 434/465 verified.
