This means that they are going to need more time to process your application. If your application has crossed 6 months post submission, there is not saying when will it get done. It could be months or days .. be patient and hope for the best. You are not alone!
It can take up to 2 weeks for the web query to be reverted .. might take longer also if they have a lot of requests .. the answers will always be the same copy pasted. Best to hold the hopes and wait

Birthday gift from IRCC. Ready for visa email received.
However there is no change in my CIC account. I paid RPRF upon request on 12/07 and received 2 ghost updates, one on 12/07 another on 17/07. CIC account still says "We are reviewing the document you submitted." I guess they will update at later stage.
