The BGC can signify Criminality, ion-sharing, or security. Also the BGC status will change 2-3 times during the progress of your application.

File was transferred to London VO Mar 28th and doesn't look like it has been touched since then, very disappointing.

Same boat as you, AOR is one day earlier, and only update was MEP and BIL.
Emailed Ottawa office and was told "your application is in queue for review by an officer" I have no idea what that means

Was informed that there isn't any major update yet but that my application was being processed in Sydney, Nova Scotia.

AOR - Jan 29th.

Any idea on processing times for this VO?
