I have claimed 50 points for the employment letter and in the employment letter it was clearly mentioned that from the day I get the PR i will be working in canada.

Sorry to hear this.... going by the wording I see this more of a conditional letter (based upon PR if issued) which I believe has triggered the rejection.
Having a l Lawyer will be a good way forward.... all the very best

Yes, I called them couple times, and I was told my application was on hold because I have ADR, now they haven't even started background check yet

Yes, exactly, the notes can only show you what those officers are doing before the day that you requested, you can request another one for sure, I already did but I haven't got it yet

I can only see on Mar 6 I passed medical. No date under eligibility means it's not started yet?

The new updated format of cic website this morning is soooo ugly...the only useful thing is showing which date ur MEP exactly is...but it’s not easier to read all things in one box like before.

the eligibility will never change according to other applicants who has got their PPR or PR confirmation interview request

I got the layout change as well. Does this mean anything?

My AOR is 20th Jan and there is no final decision yet. Medical review is passed by end of Feb. My spouse's medicals expire on 15th June.
Will we receive a notice for taking medicals again? Or do we need to proactively go for a medical exam and submit results?

Yah., the date of MEP is shown. Other than that , its just the UI changes on the Dashboard but technicality (details) is same.
