I am in an irregular situation. I received my AOR on the 18th of Jan and MEP clear on the 27th of Feb. However, to date, I have not received BIL.

Is this a cause for concern? I am FSW - O applicant.

Please advise.

How about raising a CSE to get an answer

Biometrics letter from CIC, appointment letter from the local visa office, your passport, and a photocopy of ur passport (just in case). That's all!
