MEP is done for me but I did not get any email for that.
I got an applicationupdated message a day later in my personal email. When I checked everything was same .
I did get an email notification that a new message have been posted in my account. This email signify that a new message/letter is being added to your account.
In my case, I received MEP and only few seconds later I got BIL.
It could be different in your case, as long as you cleared MEP then you must get BIL (If Biometrics is required based on your nationality). Wait for it and it will appear in your account.

However, knowing it won't do you any good, as your application can be redirected unannounced to any other office , throughout Canada or even your LVO.
