CIC delays updating its response. It's very common. However the process is moving on time at the backend.

I Just called CIC again and got to know my VO is montreal my heart just sank when I heard MONTREAL.I dont think It is coming any sooner for me

Hi.. Do u know if having to do biometrics would speed up our process or would it cause more delay as now they have to process another detail?.

The biometrics will definitely speed up the security and BGC.

In case after submitting profile we get another visa added in our passport should we declare it? What is the duration within which we should declare it? Does it delay background verification?

What is checked in BGC ? I am lawyer and in my profession no biometrics is given.. Can u elaborate what is covered in BG ?? @legalfalcon

Guys I have a question ,

I haven't listed my travels between my country of residence and my country of origin in the travel history section.
Also i do not have any travel history EITHER outside my country of residence or my country of origin as well in the past 10 years.

So will me NOT providing information regarding frequent trips between my country of residence and my country of origin pose any problem?
