Just got my CIC account updated after PPR and COPR.
Based on dates mentioned now, ADR turned to "Not Applicable" on the day when eligibility was cleared.

Your ADR was changed to Not Applicable the day your eligibility was cleared? How do you know this? My ADR was changed to that recently too, not sure when but when I last checked my account it was not applicable!
Congratulantions , was it your first message to Mr Ralph ? I've sent him a message early this month and got a reply from him , would he reply if I send him another inquiry message?
Yes, he will, but he will say you can send him another request after three month and he won't give you the newest information for this request as well, will be the old one you asked last time.
Is there anyone out here whose AOR is the first week of January 2019 (Mine is 1 January), whose medical and bio metrics are done and passed but after that no more updates or absolutely nothing (Like no ADR request, No ghost updates or any change in other sections) ?Please reply.

I didnot knew then but since my application is approved now and I can see the date of eligibility cleared, i know retrospectively that it was the same day when ADR status changed.
Well, they really didn't have their own international line, instead people used to call Global Affairs and that transferred everyone to the IRCC contact center, although this transfer is no longer possible on the international line, their local 888-242-2100 is still active and working just fine.
You just need to find a way to reach them as this is a premium Canadian line and can only be reached with a Canadian phone number.

AOR to PPR-254 days.
It was a very tiring journey,specially the waiting time for indefinite period. I was impatient and did every effort to contact ircc and expedite the case.
1. GCMS 3 times. Last one generated in August 20 received on September 19. Criminality passed Eligibility and Security Not Started.
2. Raised web forms 7 times. All generic reply.
3. Called 05 times. Last one was on 17th. E& S Not Started
4. Mailed Ralph on July 03
5. Mailed Erin and got reply on 25th September that E & S not started.
All praises to Almighty Allah. Thanks everyone in the group. Sharing the sorrow,frustration, excitement etc. was of very helpful.
I wish everyone get it as soon as possible.
