Actually, one should get AOR within 60 days when your file gets delivered to CIC and they say they say that the processing time starts when they receive the file.

Anyone can help with this? I'm outland paper file applicant for MPNP

Govt run agencies are notorious for their sluggishness. I've heard that during a driving test, they purposely fail you bcoz everytime a driving instructor sits with you for a driving assessment it's money in their pocket. Could it be that delays are approaches to force a remedical for more money?

But medicals are done by 3rd party I doubt govt can get a huge bonus from hospitals outside the country. Anyway, if thats the case they can take my money as long as they can give me something in return lol

It worked for me yesterday, i talked to an agent after 20 minutes waiting
unfortunatly they can't give details about applications treated outside Canada

Apologies but i disagree. I passed my driving test in one go... And i know 2 more such ppl.

My point is only for driving test. It may or may not apply for PR processing

Lol, you're such a Nigerian! I do not believe that to be the case....besides you do not pay medical fees to IRCC.
I'll rather say incompetent than fraudulent. The best approach to processing these files should be FIFO.....it beats me why they cannot just follow this method. As soon as you pick up a file, treat it and communicate if you're unclear about any detail instead of marking as RR and keeping the applicant waiting for another 2-3months.

Guess the case analyst was illiterate and incompetent. I basically sent the exact same documents again for ADR except for employment where I included pay slips. Otherwise the work experience letter was same word for word.

That's painful! And you have not heard anything back since so long! This is very unfair...and you cannot even ask them what is causing so much delay?

Does the processing time starts when one gets AOR Or when your file reaches to CIC Sydeney, NS?

In my case, my paper file was delivered to Sydney, NS on November 8, 2018 but, I got AOR on August 8, 2019.

I think it should be based on AOR because it's only then that they have officially received the file. By the way, why did you do a paper file?
