Hi guys. I have an issue with GCMS Notes that I'd like to report. Here is our info:
AOR: January 25th.
MEP: March 11th.
Biometrics provided: March 29th.
VO: Ottawa.
GCMS Notes request: May 23rd.

It's been 40 days today and we have not received our Notes back. GetGCMS is trying to get an update and create a complain with IRCC since yesterday, no response.

I mean, not even GCMS Notes are being delivered on time. I feel so powerless over all this.

I had similar issue. I received my notes finally after 2 months

This is the plight of many January AORs in Ottawa, if you order a GCMS note, you'd find that Files have not been touched since late March. As for the "in process" statement, that's info sharing, Eligibility has not started.

Ottawa VO is gradually transforming into Montreal VO of last year, while Montreal VO is becoming like applications were sent on paper, based on their processing times.
