Just received Oath invitation, for my Oath ceremony on 24th August.
My test was on 16th August and DM was on 17th August.

Sponsorship approval- April 3
Application sent to Local Visa Office for further processing- April 27
This is the last update I received from CIC, and my online GCKEY account hasn't changed since. Here is what it says...

Review of eligibility- We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements. Review of medical results- You passed the medical exam. Review of additional documents- We are reviewing the additional documents you provided. Interview- You do not need an interview. We will send you a message if this changes. Biometrics- We do not need your fingerprints. We will send you a message if this changes. Background check- Your application is in progress. We will send you a message when we start your background check. Final decision- Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made.
It's August 20th, so I am at the 7 month marker now just about, and I am trying to understand at which stage my application is at. Please help.

I've recently contacted IRCC through email and below is what I got in response

Take note of all the little pieces of extra information in the margins and photo captions of Discover Canada. It would be worth making sure you know who all the people in the photos are, and why they are of significance to Canada's history.

I was requested to submit FP on 27th april which were sent out on 1 May, there has been no progress since then on my application. I had sent out a web request a month ago and they responded back saying every thing is in order. But i still havent heard anything since then. any one else who hasn't received any response since then?
