This happened with me yesterday on ECAS. Since it was close to 3 weeks after getting AOR I decided to check whether my app is IN Process . As I logged in ECAS I am directed to the address change page. My address is the same . So I updated with the same address and back in APP Received status.

Hi, I received my AOR on Feb27 and I was able to check ECAS for the first two days but After that it gives the error "We were not able to identify you using the information you provided". Should I be worried? Thanks

Same problem with me. Now it’s more than 3 week I received AOR

1. We received your application for Canadian citizenship (grant of citizenship) on January 8, 2018.
2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s), and a study book called Discover Canada on January 11, 2018.
3. We started processing your application on January 12, 2018.

I hope that i got something today ,do you guys know if mississauga office is sending the invite letter via email or mail usually ?

If you have provided your email it could come via email or regular mail. Your ecas should be updated too...Hopefully soon!

From the recent trend of getting application in progress. Mostly all cases are from Toronto Office.
Which means that Toronto office is working faster then rest of Canada.
