Call CIC and got it sorted out!

I tried calling them a few times but it wouldn't even put me in the wait line due to high volume of calls. is there a trick to be able to talk to them?thanks

Try - Press 1 then enter your client id... and then wait for prompt to press 0 to speak to an agent...

If you saw it on ECAS the line added they have asked you some additional information and wait till you receive the mail its 99% FP (finger print) request as seen on the forum here for most of the applicants.

yeh it was fingerprint request.

If your are OK to share your experience, would you please let us know what kind of documents they asked you? How did you notice, by mail, email or ECAS?

it is FP request and i went to accredited agency in Toronto to do so. My part is over, Lets see next.

Could u plz share ur experience with FP request in Toronto. And did u opted for sending the reports directly to CIC ?
I saw other threads where they had few issues with FP reporting directly to CIC
