what was the reason for returning your first application?

In one of our applications we forgot to check « yes » to the question about the time spent outside Canada. Although there was the sheet with all the details of our trips...rules were well respected!

i noticed in XL sheet someone got AOR by 31st Jan while his application was received on 2nd Jan'2018. It was not a urgent request.
Can i say that CIC has started reviewing January Applications.
