You got the AOR from your first application (LOST ONE). I can bet 1000$ . Check your ECAS. First line will be "We received your application on Oct 16,2017".
Don't get excited yet. Things will screw up badly when they will open your second application in March.
Well the problem is that for a system that charges $630 for every applicant it should have a good protocol for processing applications. Seems like they are waking up now.
I never said it was lost. I said I have a feeling the application he received his AOR for is the one he sent in October knowing that a lot of applicants have received AOR in the last few days who submitted application in October.

Quite honestly, I don't think this should be reflected as a January AOR... it's very likely from the October application, which is in keeping with the numerous other applicants from October who are receiving their AORs with the same timeline. By keeping this in January it's going to throw off all of the statistics for the new applicants.
