Hello there all i have a question regarding passport .. i just done my OATH on 2 Feb (saturday).. and i check my online status today (sunday) its says COMPLETE .. so can I apply my passport on Monday?.. or do i have to wait for 2 business days?.. as they mention in the ceremony to wait for 2 business days ..

i applied after complete means 24h and its fine in my case. In fact i start getting passports .

On the passport receipt there was this mail out date 4 Feb and @ 12.30 the Canada post guy came with the packages.

What do you mean passport receipt? Like the little piece of paper they gave us when we applied? Is it exactly 2 weeks in your case?

Yes the small chit.
I applied on 21 Jan got my passports today.
Mail out date on the chit was 4 Feb and received it exactly.

I have done my citizenship test yesterday Feb 4th and the interview at the Mississauga IRCC office.

It was in process since March 22nd, 2018
Now waiting for DM and the oath.

I finished 13 month now and entered into my 14th.
I just finished my Exam yesterday.

I feel everyone here in this forum, this delay is frustrating. I wished they had kept it for four years and kept the previous processing time.

How did you find Mississauga office was it busy.. Did anyone else their waited for more than a year to get test invite..It seems Toronto applicant and getting test invite in Mississauga and Mississauga applicants in Scarborough.. Right?

This govt is all about populism without any real regard for safety/security of average Canadian. How did they reduce the time from 4 year to 3 year when on average people have to wait more than 1 year in processing now as compared to a few months earlier. I have been waiting for 15 months, applied after 4 years.

There may be people who will vote for this party but on personal level (friends/neighbors) I do not know a single person who says he will vote for current PM.
