Update:
The next day after I got the ATIP my ecas got updated and stated that I didn't provide them a response on their inquiry from July. I have called IRCC office and it appeared that it's a mistake, but there is a new inquiry with a request for details on 7 other trips I'll be mailing them out today.
I don't understand why they didn't request them with their first inquiry back in July? And does it mean that it would take them another 4 months to go through my file again?

You should be calling them. If there are no actions in more then six months - IRCC officer said that you can call them

if you read the book and online tests, you are good to go. overall it is NOT tricky.

I had waited for the test almost 7 months since IP if that makes you feel a little bit better, hopefully it will speed up for the rest of the process.

Many thanks everyone for the journey! Hopefully everyone passes. For temp offices, you can predict when their test dates are by finding when their locations will be open. For the Sault, their location was shown online 3 months before my test invite. Depending on how frequent their temp office is for that location, the
oath ceremony is in the next 24-48 hours.
The test was reasonably easy. The basic online quizzes are enough. Remember to study all side captions and pictures

Hi anyone has given test at Ottawa? Can we bring our 4 year with us as we have no arrangement possible for her? She can stay in waiting by her own during our exam (30mins) comfortably.
How long the total process take?
